Fly Eye Kit

Has anyone put a fly eye kit on their DS?

I'm thinking of purchasing but can imagine the rear lights would be an absolute nightmare!

Any advise or pics??

Wes has his fronts done. He tried it himself but said it was a pain and in the end got a company to do it for him because he was having a few other bits wrapped at the same time.

I think that it's more difficult because of the curved shape of the lights.

Might be easier to wrap off the car. There is only a plug for the electrics and one plastic bolt holding the rear lights on

Have only done front.like the rear lights plain new type should be able to do rear would start in middle and work outwards gentle heat so goes into corners just take your time might be easier with help heating it so you have two hands to work it.

What size did you get for the front?

I can't remember what size I ordered but it was the largest one possible I think. It was a pain as the lights aren't totally flat and just a tiny breeze and they folded over etc. I am NOT the most patient person at times so for 40 quid a local wrap place done them when I had some other work done! Good luck
