  • Diesel exhaust system

Anyone with a diesel got an exhaust system on it and doesn't sound like a tractor or a transit?!

    What would people recommend?

I love the car, just dont know if its worth putting an exhaust on it before mapping it. First diesel Ive had and normally an exhaust is the first thing i'll do to any car of mine

I see a lot of people on here talking about fitting a front mounted intercooler on their diesels, but when I have looked in to this I have been told there isn't currently one available for the diesel??

Cannot see the point unless seriously modified with hybrid and dpf delete etc etc

That's what I've done. Except remapped first then exhaust the next day ( exhaust wasn't planned but as I left Jamie's he pointed me in the direction of Custom Chrome)

I've not really noticed a difference and a few on here would probably agree with that. It looks nice, but was it worth the money for so little difference in noise... Not at the moment, custom chrome said I could always pop the car back in with them and we could look at options for producing a nicer sound. Not had the time recently to try any further.
