My understanding of it is it keeps your turbo spinning to avoid bad turbo lag which you can get with big turbo systems and if not set properly with all the fail safes in place will destroy your Turbo quite quickly

So unless you have a highly modded DS3 why would you want it ....................................unless you just want the bang bang which is pointless also the turbo which is fitted to the car is really small SO ?
