  • DS3 Stage 5+

    It will be my notebook of DS modifications.

    If someone have what to say - don't hesitate to do it

    I really appreciate your suggestions and experience!

    What I've done already:

    - Forged pistons CP 9.5 (lower compression than stock pistons);
    - Forged rods ZRP;
    - K04 hybrid turbine (with expanded intake diameter up to 54mm);
    - 2.5 exaust;
    - Seat Cupra sport intercooler;
    - Aquamist HFS-3 (400ml/min at the maximum RPM);
    - Zero resistance intake;
    - DS3 Raicing brakes;
    - lowered suspension springs.

        Is Russia comparable to America regarding car laws? As that there are almost none? Anything goes! Lucky bastards

          Unfortunately I not familiar with American laws ))

          Regarding speed limit - thousands of very angry cameras.
          As to technical monitoring - police doesn't pay attention to this subject ) So you can easily drive in Moscow with loud exhaust and no one will touch you. Except you neighborhood with a brick

            Sounds like a beast!

            Out of interest, what BHP are you getting? and what performance are you getting? (0-60mph time)

                Do cylinder head porting and get Clemens camshafts next

                  I think that 300bhp it optimum solution. Supercharge pressure will be about 2 bar.

                    Are you building on top of Racing or some other model? Racing has better clutch and gearbox than any other model.

                      I'm building on top on regular THP150!
                      I found out that much more power full projects were built on top of the THP150 (not Racing). And no one made any modification to clutch.

                          Well sure as Racings are so rare (few have survived engine failures)

                          Racing clutch and gearbox can take more punishment (same as on R-series). Thus it's a better foundation.
                          So upgrade your clutch ASAP or you are looking for trouble.

                            Damn, it's new! And no one have problems with stock clutch on DS3.

                            But anyway.
                            Do anybody have real experience of installing DS3 Racing clutch on DS3 THP150? Flywheels are also different.

                              150thp clutches usually show signs of slipping at 200Hp
                              White on red THP
                              Miltek exhaust with HKS highflow cat, Forge intercooler, hard pipe kit, induction kit, oil catch tank, , VAG BOV, Stage 3 SPT remap 217 BHP
