Ds3R wheels on a standard ds3

Hi

Would the 18" wheels from a Ds3R fit on a standard ds3 dsign. It currently has 16" steel wheels.

Here in Sweden they cost 1655 GBP for 4 rims in grey or orange, and 1534 GBP in gold.
Without tyres of course.
