Looking to for a induction kit to my 1.6 diesel e-hdi.

I only want to go from the maf sensor back wards.

Had anyone got the diameter of the meter?

And what i need to connect them from maf to filter its self.

I'd recommend having a look for your self, the MAF sensor bolts onto the plastic air box at the back of the engine. If you remove this part then nothing holds the MAF sensor in place on the car. Just 2 bolts hold it on if i remember correctly.
Hence the developed kit from GSR uses new hoses from the turbo.
