Lowered & issues

Got the DS3 lowered only to figure out that something was wrong .. i ordered my coilovers with the intention to lower it 5cm , this is the Billstein B14 coilover wich goes to 5cm etc
now i placed my coilovers , lowered it to the max of the thread , only to find out that it has bin lowered 2cm & 2,5 cm , on my Certificate it say's its the Citroen C3 coilover i'm wondering if its the same coilover yeah or no ,
i contacted the company where i ordered them that i only can lower it to this max , it looks better then original but its not exactly what i want.

Remove the height adjuster at the rear completely, it will drop another 20mm at the back then

but when i do that the front Will have Some wheelgap and the rear wouldnt.. If they say the coilovers drop the car 5cm it Should drop 5 instead of 3..
