Help needed fitting my borbet lv4 17" alloys

Hi I bought these alloys for my 1.6 e-Hdi
When the mechanic has come to look at them he said the bolt holds don't line up with any on the jokes on the alloy
Apparently the alloy has a 108 diameter just like the car
Don't know how it can be fixed

If they are 108 they'll surely fit. What does the pcd stamp say?
