  • Wind Deflectors - Which to buy?

    Evening all,

I'm currently searching the depths of eBay to find the perfect set of wind deflectors for my DS3

Have any of you bought any and if so which!?

There's a couple on ebay but all different price ranges so unsure which would be the best for price etc.

    Please help!

    Cheers

    Ryan

I fitted original Citroen ones, easily fitted, just leave windows shut tight overnight to ensure they stay snuggly in position. Don`t recall the price, but they are not overly expensive.

I got some citroen ones on ebay. Think for around £20. If I hadn't got this brand I'd go for HEKO.

As Jez said they are easy to fit. No clips so I take out when I wash the car. I think heko have clips so I imagine they are just in and less easy to take out when you need.

Not got any photo's of just the deflectors up close. But you can see them here

I've never bothered with the clips on Hekos. Never had any problems.

I had Heko's first and was unimpressed with the metal clips inside the window frame, I didn't like the styling either. I then bought the Citroen ones and much prefer these

Just a thought on the Heko ones. I fit some recently and they have sticky back plastic on them in addition to the clips. Thia sticky back plastic pulled a part of the rubber trim away so I would (and I did) remove the sticky back plastic from the wind deflectors before fitting and just use the clips

That's my problem with the Heko ones, they give the impression that they're being made to fit....

I've bought some gelly plast (sure that's the brand name) ones but haven't had chance to fit them yet!

I've fitted Heko's. 5 minute job and no problems with them at all.

I know this is an old thread, however, I own a 2017 plate
will the ones from 2016 fit? Have the sizes changed? Thanks
