wiper and lights on with no key in car

Hi I have got a Citroen DS3 2010 after taking the key out of the ignition, the wiper and the front
lights comes on for no reason, I have just replaced the fuse box under the bonnet with a new
one, got back home and and same fault is still there, can any one help with advice please

Wondering if there is any issue with the COMM unit on the car which controls the ignition.

I had this happen on my Racing, only once though. Pulled up, turned igntion off and took key out quickly cause I had to get out to drop something off at a house, and when I got back in the car, radio and sat nav screen was still on? no headlights or wipers on?
