The guy I bought them from back in the day said they were wide and narrow rims, but all four of the rims are 18x8JJ. You can see from the photo that the "lip" is wider on two.
So if the rims are the same width but the "lip" has a different width, doesn't that mean that their offset will be different as well?

Just measure it yourself. Do an internet search for how to measure wheel offset. It is easy as they are off and that is easier than explainingOriginally posted by cyclone
It is in the handbook. Satisfied.

That's what I'll do yes (read about measuring ET the other day).
I want to get spacers made so I need to measure it perfectly :confused:sigpic 2013 THP 150 DSport - chipbox plug 'n play - 63mm turbo back exhaust - mini cat - resonator delete

A couple of mm isn't going to make a difference and spacers are available to buy. It is not an exact science as long as you do not hit the strut or fender your golden.Originally posted by cyclone

Rimstyle specified ET 15 OR ET 25 for the Dsport ehdi 115 which had Bellone alloys. I have ET 15 as this has the effect that the wheels are pushed further out from the wheel arches, thereby increasing the width of the track and maximising the stability of the car on cornering.I chose also to have rims which fitted the standard Michelin size 205/45/17 to avoid any issues with clearance, handling or insurance.
All things considered I am not familiar with the Wheels you posted,so would not even begin to guess the sizings.Last edited by JEZDS3; 12-03-2016, 19:08.LA PETITE FUSEE / THE LITTLE ROCKET

ET15 is perfect for a 17x7J on the DS3 I reckon. I want to make these 18x8J's fit because I think this style will look great on the car. I've found an engineering company close to my place that can make the spacers I need, just need to measure the ET first.sigpic 2013 THP 150 DSport - chipbox plug 'n play - 63mm turbo back exhaust - mini cat - resonator delete

Wheel offset information
Basically the lower the et the further the edge of the rim To the edge of the wheel arch them wheels are what they call staggered figment. Ideally to make them flush to edge of wheel arch you need to make them either et 15 / et 10 they would be flush to the putter of the wheel arch
This was my car the wheels where 8.5J X18 with spacers where running at et 13http://i971.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps710a29cb.jpg

Damn MARK.A, your car looks amazing! Those wheels look brilliant! Thanks for the info.
What size spacers did you use? I know standard rims have an ET35 give or take a couple of mm's,so I'll need a spacer of 20mm to get to ET15. Not sure if 20mm spacers will be too expensive or not?sigpic 2013 THP 150 DSport - chipbox plug 'n play - 63mm turbo back exhaust - mini cat - resonator delete

Did you buy the 20mm spacers or did you have them made? You don't have the measurements of the 20mm spacers by any chance? Those 15mm spacers sound good though...sigpic 2013 THP 150 DSport - chipbox plug 'n play - 63mm turbo back exhaust - mini cat - resonator delete

Plain wheel spacers are readily available, normally in 5mm steps. Don't forget longer wheel bolts! I assume that the wheels have the correct bolt pattern? if not then yah you would need some custom adaptors made.Originally posted by cyclone

We can buy cheap spacers up to 9mm down here in South Africa, but they aren't hub centric and they don't come with the proper bolts. So the spacers I need will have to be made...
