Full exhaust vs intercooler choice

Going for a bit of tuning...my budget allows me to either go for a full decat including downpipe+ecu remap my other option is intercooler and ecu remap which of the two will give more power-benefits for me? I live in a hot climate country

You're going to enjoy the exhaust and ECU much more than the intercooler.

Save some cash, get the exhaust and ECU done for now and go back in a few months for the intercooler and another remap
