Exhaust Advice

Hi guys,

If I'm looking for the best sound out of my exhaust system, what would you recommend?

Don't want it to be ridiculously loud. Just a nice grunt and presence about it.

Would removing the back box be enough or would you recommend and whole exhaust system like Miltek?

Its down to personnel taste but I've heard most exhaust systems available on the DS and I like the sound of Milltek non resonated as its lot that loud.

Videos a bit pointless, they never sound anything like.
I'll check price tomorrow, but there not the cheapest option.

In Germany the most common option is the Bastuck Exhaust (because the Milltek is not legal...). Sounds quite nice, especially when you have no Mid Silencer
But not as loud as the Milltek one...

I went for a Powerflow exhaust system from the cat back, they are custom made to the sound and look the way you want and they don't come with a Milltek price tag.

Brian, I`m researching the Powerflow exhaust for my eHDI at the moment as you mentioned it is a cost effective mod compared to Milltek! I am going to pay my local Powerflow specialist a visit,is there anything I should be aware of before going there?

I would be careful which Powerflow specialist you use because some are badly installed so try and get some feedback. I used Southampton tyre and wheel because they came highly recommended.
