I've seen on here that some of the ds3 badges are pinned on or riveted.
I've looked for the specific date that they stopped doing this but come up short.
I was thinking could I remove the interior trim of the boot lid to see if there are pins/rivet heads.
What I'm wanting to do is remove the Citroen and the ds3 badges and add an old style Citroen badge painted the same colour as the car. This could possibly cover up the holes aswell(depending on how many there are)
If anyone knows when they started just sticking them on please let me know.
If it helps my car is a yellow 2011 DSport 110 HDI.
Thanks!
Harry
UPDATE!!
I took the interior trim off and there were no holes in the outer metal body panel, I took some nylon string to the corner of the DS3 logo and it popped right off. I'm pretty sure the boot lid has been replaced before I got the car. Due to the fact the citroen lettering was slightly crooked and the ds3 just popped off.
Thanks for the help guys!
