Is this sound normal?

This sound clip is coming from my forge recirculation valve fitted on my ds3thp. I hear it everytime when I drive the car for more than 15 minutes (both in city and highway driving ) and then turn the engine off. Its going on for about 10 minutes then goes silent
I was wondering if this Is this normal ?

sounds like the turbo coolant pump, sounds normal.
