Doing some searching as we speak, but I'd assume they are 18". Don't think a 19 would fit without bigger overall diameter, messing up the speedometer and possibly catching on the wheel arches.

For the 18x7.5 wheels, tyre size 215/40 R18 or 225/40 R18 will fit, with speed rating 88V or 89W being sufficient.
