Roof wrap

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has any ideas for a vinyl colour for a roof/mirror wrap on my red DS. Its a black roof but it looks misty and some of the red is coming through in places. Ive T cut and waxed it but it still seems to end up with that misty look. I was considering Carbon fibre, but was wondering if anyone had a different idea to go with red body.

Could do matte black if you wanted. Red is a difficult one to colour match, red + blue = Spiderman, red + yellow = McDonalds, red + green = Christmas, red + purple = ohgodwhatareyoudoing.

So yeah, either stick with matte/gloss black or try carbon. Could go white, but depends how you want it to look.

Could always go for a texture?

Matt grey, brushed steel

Or wrap in red and apply a cool design over it in black?

Mini had LOADS of ideas re graphics

Nice that Chris...ive just this minute booked it in for a Satin carbon fibre wrap, coming Wednesday afternoon to do it, £200 for roof, spoiler and wing mirrors.

Hi. Just washed my car and been annoyed, as usual, with the rust blebs coming through on the roof. How did your wrap turn out, who did it and would you recommend them? Any pictures of yours after it was done?

Did you get yours done in the end?

Not sure if my Red/Back had a stripe down it at some point, but there is a scuffed / dull / white line about 25cm wide whole way down the middle of the roof.

Can't decide if to leave it, just get a gloss black wrap to put it back to how it was, or something a bit more exciting!

Yes, I did. I mocked up my own design and a local firm did the graphic and wrapped it for me. I love it.
