Leather gear gaitor.

Trying to source a new leather gear gaitor as mines getting worn. Stealers wanting £65,ive bought one of Ebay to find it was to big. Anyone got one from elswhere at a reasonable price.

How do you change the gear stick gaiter.

You need to remove the centre console. There is a guide in here:

About 3" from the top of the centre console there are clips, these need to be prised away first, I use a very technical butter knife wrapped in a micro fibre. So clip clip here.
Then you will be able to pull the middle piece away gently from each side by pulling on the edge all the way down
This whole piece then will need to go go towards the boot to unslide
Then that bit is free

From here you need to unclip the gator from the underside of the chrome gear stick surround.

Then it will all come away.
