W5W side light bulb upgrade

Thanks to Funky for recommending the Osram Night Breakers to replace the standard main and high beam bulbs. I've fitted these and they're amazing in comparison to the originals. However, the sidelights are now looking like a poor relation. What recommendations can I get on bringing them up to a similar standard? Thanks. Jo

Hi Jo. Glad you like them. I upgraded my side light bulbs at the same time as my main headlights with Osram Nightbreakers again. They will never be amazingly bright but they are also a hell of alot better. I got my info from DB in this thread:

Thanks again, Funky. I ordered the Cool Blue Intense ones. Off now to get some decent interior bulbs...is it never ending?

Thanks, Ben, I'd actually read through some of the threads (that one included). Its amazing the amount of info you get on this forum. I was considering the Halfords ones for the interior so good to know someone else is using them.

Careful removing the lens covers, occasionally these can be broken - I bought a trim pulling kit from Amazon and had no issues, it also helped me remove the OEM badges on the grille of my new car.

Oh god yeah, the roof light cover is a nightmare to get off, mine was already cracked where someone else has obviously tried before.

Anytime! Glad to actually help someone for a change The cool blue are really smart. Alot better than the OEM ones, but then again, I think ANY bulb would be an improvement on those.

I know right ? Luckily although I have the kit I didn't need to use it on my new car as it has white LEDs already installed throughout the car...

Jo - have you replaced your front indicator bulbs from the fried egg orange to the silver/chrome ones? If you haven't - it completes the set nicely, might be worth a look
