My intake filter is suffering no space to breath, so i, thinking to relocate the battery in the spare tyre use to be, im afraid to mess up the battery wires and something goes wrong.

You need good quality cables, sourcing 2nd hand ones from a BMW.
I tried a smaller battery in mine but occasionally it would throw ecu lost can communication faults due to the lower power whilst starting.White on red THP
