Black (inverted colors) AC display?

Hi guys, I've got this image in a group but couldn't contact the owner of the car. I've never seen the ac display black, even when I try the inverted colors in the settings menu, it just inverts the radio display.
Have you guys ever seen this? How do I do it? Maybe via Lexia/Proxia?

Nothing to do with the mode button their finger is on?

The dark button is just for turning off the dash lights, and the mode button just flicks through the different info displayed on the screen doesn't it?

The owner modified the display
Nothing you could change via software, that's a hardware mod.

If that were me, I'd have changed the main display as well, makes it look even more orange against the black background of the one below....

Where I have the monochrome A, it's black with orange lightups so it has the opposite effect of making the aircon dial seem really bright.

Mine was the same Ben - that bright orange would've been far too much for me
