Changing the AC unit to the same colour ad the radio

Was just wondering if it is possible to change the colour of the temprture display to the same as the temperature so it has the black background and orange writing

Not easily. There was a thread about it very recently and basically it's a hardware mod not just a software edit. Your guess would be as good as ours when it comes to that.
