Had a day on DIY today.
Fistly I fitted the new wing mirror covers:
Spent 40 minutes looking for a star bit to undo the screws!! Why is it always this way? Why can't manufacturers use crosshead screws????
Took less than 40 minutes to change both covers!!! (Thanks Joni for the copy of instructions).
Next it was time to stick the "baguettes" on.
I read the instructions very carefully then made a paper aeroplane out of them and threw them over next doors garden (another story!).
Only bit I took seriously was de-greasing before sticking. Its obvious where they go and you just bung them on.
So my car will look different at the North west meet if the bits haven't fallen off by then
