3 CHEERS FOR DAVE AT FLASHREMAPPING.FINALLY GOT ROUND TO MEETING THIS MAN.HIS CREW MADE A BIG DIFFERENCE TO THE CAR.
ANYONE THAT OWNS THIS CAR NEEDS TO GET UP TO BROMSGROVE AND SEE FOR THEMSELVES.ANYONE THAT OWNS THE 110hdi THERE TIME WOULD COME,JUST KEEP CHECKING FORUMS.

Not exactly breaking news, the HDi90 remap has been around for a few months now.............did your get yours on the dyno and what was the final output?

120bhp is realistic without any other mods

The interesting part of this thread is that Biggies car is the 99g version so there were some very very minor differences - this is the first 99g tuned
almost everything was the same in the file except the fueling map was slightly different

very hot day again
ran 85.7 bhp and 171.7 lb/ft stock
then immediately after remapping ran 109.2 bhp 194.2 lb/ft

although this is a little down on the usual figures we believe the heat and humidity held a great part here
on a colder day with a few miles under its belt these figures would be extremely close to the usual 90bhp version

Hi Dave,just to let you know fuel is far much better now,getting little bit more to the gallon and extremely pleased with the remap,car feels lighter and easier to drive.
