      That was not the question
I've asked Milltek before, but told me they don't have an exhaust for the DS3.

But I know and allready have all the parts for an complete 63,5 mm (2,5 inch) exhaust!
Also going to buy an Dwonpipe with sportcat, but don't know yet wich one!
It's gonna be Milltek or Akrapovic

          Think you don't understand me....
It was only a question because Milltek told ME that they don't have any parts for the DS3.
But in the first post Eagle is talking about a Milltek backbox?!

          About the downpipe.
If you can give me an address where I can buy an downpipe + 200 cells sportcat for 550 euro, please tell me.
The Akrapovic downpipe will cost that

As Ricky said, as I've said, as Zack said:

Get a custom made exhaust. Cat back and downpipe can be done for about £300 max.

Don't believe you then have a decent catalyst.
Like a catalyst from HJS (For euro 5 engines) is already 430 euro

The cheapest catalyst I found is about 300 euro
                + Turbo flange (40euro)
                + Turbo Gasket (30 euro)
                + Downpipe itself (100 euro)
                + Flexpipe (30 euro)
+ Mounting bracket to mount on the bottom engine mounting (+/- 20 euro)
                + Sensor fittings (2x 10 euro)

That's already 540 euro for materials but without a decent Catalyst to also pass MOT or don't get any engine faults (CEL)
And this is only for the downpipe. After that you need a backbox, pipes etc.

But you're right, if you don't care about the quality, you can get a complete exhaust for 300 pound

Just because it's cheap doesn't mean it's poor quality.

It's like comparing Heinz Baked Beans to Aldi Baked Beans. You're probably baying 30-40% more for the brand.

A couple of users on the forum have had Exhausts custom made and fitted by these guys: http://www.pro-speedexhausts.com/products.html who believe it or not, also make their own CC's.

Also, if you're going to all this effort, why keep the Cat? Why not just remove it?

                    OK Many thanks

Want to keep the catalyst because the rules are very strict here in Holland to pass the MOT (APK)

Feel your pain, try getting any aftermarket sport cat through German tuv or an intercooler about impossible.

You guys are actually lucky Mot is lenient compared to some other countries.

Why not just get your MOT, then modify the car?

Suck to have to pull everything off every couple of years for inspection. + the police like to hang out and inspect cars whenever there is an event that attracts tuned cars
