chrome on doors

Anybody fitted there own chrome parts to the doors , anyway what is the real name for the part ? Ta muchy

Yes, a few of us have, including me. They are officially known in English as "Chrome side rubbing strips" I think. Unofficially they are called baguettes. They come with tape attached to fix them on and some very complicated instruction diagrams/forma. Easiest to align them by eye.
