Just depends what it's going to involve really because I have to hand the car back in three years so would rather keep the exhaust that's on it in one pice and put it in the shed and swape them over when I have to hand it back

Gains wise maybe 3-5hp, or could go the other way depends how good the place is at making exhausts

Id say save £300 and go on holiday

Im the same as you nathanmac I'm looking to get a custom full exhaust too same engine and same situation where I've to hand it back in 3 years so I'm looking to keep the stock exhaust in one piece and switch it back when I need to hand it back in, so would I need to get a full system for that? Also can anyone recommend any places for them I live in Cheshire so down south like Cornwall is a bit far but any recommendations?

guys not to be rude or nothing but if its a motobility ( only say this due to 3years scheme ) car surely they will notice and say somthing when goes in for service?

          or is this allowed...??

Nope Woolsey its not mobility for me its paying for it monthly xP but when they go in for a servicing I've seen on the forum that as long as the vehicle is returned without any modifications then that's fine, but if the aftermarket parts cause a problem on the vehicle then the part its caused damaged to will loose its warrenty but seems as there's no realbway an exhaust can damage parts it should be fine plus most customs generally have a life time warrenty on the aftermarket exhaust

That's what I'm worried about aswell if I get some smaller mods added too I know if you choose to hand it back all mods have to be back to standard. Just out of interest what kind of mods have you got on your DS3?

That's pretty cool by sounds of it haven't you got a pic of it to post on here? I was thinking of carbon wrapping the chrome bits on doors, badges, rear chrome above reg plate, and the front grill where it shapes into Citroen but haven't been able to find someone to fit it as I wouldn't want to balls it up xD.
