Foglight surround removal

Are the chrome foglight surrounds removable? But dont want to break them

Wanting to plastidip them but not getting a good finish by doing them on the car

I'd heat them up to take then off, then tiger seal back on.

Never thought of that. Ive plastidipped them again and they appear a better finish than last time. Did my alloys as well but didnt like them, as well as 50 others on facebook haha
