Get a remap from a reputable company, will net you 140-150bhp which is about the limit of the engine without going heavy on mods.

SP Tuning http://www.sptuning.co.uk/ - I had mine mapped by Jamie and it was awesome, worth every pennysigpic

New here. First post. I also have a HDI but its the 90bhp version. Also looking for a remap at some point. Just wondering what the difference is between the 90, 110 and the 115 HDI range is, because there all the exact same engine are they not? Is the 90 version just detuned or what?

I'm not sure of the specifics as to how and why the the e-HDI range has 3 levels of BHP, but I'm sure someone more technical (like Jamie) can explain it. The general rule of thumb is that you will get approx 30 BHP and approx 50 more torque with Jamie's remap on a 90. Possibly a little bit more, but it will depend on the state of your engine etc as to what magic Jamie can conjure up for you. One things for certain, is that everybody who goes to him says he is the best and hence he is the reason so many of us members go there. Top guy, top work and well worth the trip.
Here's some info from his website (SP Tuning):

For the 90bhp version (D-Style, D-Stle Plus) they use the Mitsubishi TD025 wastegate turbo.
For the 100-115bhp version (D-Sport) they use the Garret GT1544V VNT turbo.
