Ds3 1.6 Hdi 110 Upgrades

Hello, i have been lurking around this forum for a while now looking for some answers to what mods to get for my ds3, and could only find post specific to the 155 thp.

So i just got a remap and the result was great! it feels like a totally new car. but now that i see its potential i want more!

So my question is what kind of mods can i get to further improve the performance?

From least performance enhancing to most:

• Induction and exhaust - look at the GSR induction kit and go custom stainless exhaust to fully tailor it to your desires
• DPF delete - technically an MOT fail but you can get it gutted and put it back so it looks like you still have one. Can also map the DPF in to change fuelling and stop black smoke being chucked out
• Hybrid turbo - to get big power you'll need a new turbo. I think the HDi block can take up to about 180, though not sure how the clutch will cope. Don't know what exists in terms of hybrids for the HDi so you'll have to do some searching.

When getting a custom exhaust, do you recommend ordering a branded one online or getting someone in my area to fabricate one for me?

And regarding the hybrid turbo i cant really find anything specific online(atleast not yet) so i will have ask some of my mechanic friends if they know of any hybrid turbos that are compatible with this engine.

I'd always go custom. With most premades you're paying for the name too. With custom as long as you go to a good one they can meet your exact requirements in terms of sound, flow, and exhaust tips, for the same price or cheaper in many cases.

There is also an intercooler from Airtec you can fit, think around 394 pounds

Search for "turbo dynamics" on google, think they quoted me 699 for a hybrid
