Wide arches

Does anyone know what arch flares have been used on this ds3? I'm not usually into body kits but personally I think these look fantastic. Could be a more affordable option to get a nice wide look without having to shell out big money on performance trim or the R5 or rallycross body kit.

I would guess at it being custom as I've only ever seen 2 or 3 DS3s like it.
