Wiring multi function LED strip

Hi all DS3 owners ,
im not usually one for posting but I’m installing a Tailgate LED Strip that interacts with all my rear lights, (DS 3 1.2 chic 17 plate )
i got them from China but the instructions are very minimal. I was wondering if any one has installed one before to the rear lights? The only thing I’m wary of is the actual wiring in the car (colour s) which is to wich .
i have scotch blocks to install it with. I don’t trust my self with wire strippers. Any help would be gladly appreciated . Thanks in advance

Hi Criptoncrusader. Firstly, welcome to the club. I don't know of anyone who has installed Chinese LED strips, so can't advise you I'm afraid. Maybe some pictures of what wiring they come with may help other members to give you some more info.

I’d check the connections with a multimeter to confirm the wires you’re tapping into provide the right voltage at the right time.

This is the wiring supplied with the lights ,I have them labelled up already it’s just wich wire to wich in the car.
