Over boost on the hdi 110 remap

Hi guys.
I had the DS remapped a few months ago, and today whilst having a traffic light derby with an mx5, it over boosted the turbo. (It was going so well up until that point ) I�ve never had this trouble before. Has anyone got a solution to stop this? Perhaps an air intake upgrade? Or can you fit a waste gate to the diesel turbo?
