Blimey, there is so much you can do!!!

    Interior:

Footplate, sports pedals, change the interior lighting bulbs, cup holder, arm rest, upgrade the head unit, wrap the dash, dash cam, change the seats, club dash stickers, change the gear stick knob, change the gaiter, new mats....

    Exterior:

Wind deflectors, roof and mirrors wrap, change the alloys, upgrade headlights and rear lights, or upgrade the bulbs including chrome indicator bulbs, club stickers, plastidip, facelift bumper or Evo the front, front splitter, Zunsport Grille, lower it, paint the brake calipers, sunstrip, debadge, fly eyes, headlight brows, decals, body kit...

This is just what springs to mind, I'm sure there are more and then there are performance mods.....

How difficult is the gear knob to change heard you just pull it off but feels well sealed when I’ve tried previously

Yep, just good old fashioned brute strength. Don't have your face over the gear knob when pulling though, as when it let's go, it goes suddenly and you may end up smashing yourself in the nose/face.

Not personal experience, but I've read it happening more than once, with a few facial adjustments as a result!!
