Dash trim panels interchangeable 2010 - 2017?

Just wondering if the dash trim panels from a 2017 will fit a 2010? I've been looking into getting a multimedia/satnav dash trim panel with the 7" hole to replace my partners standard 2010 panel.
I was hoping to fit one of the new slim android units.

I had a Citroen MyWay, and traded for an multimedia with applecar, which comes in the new DS(2018). and I had no problems until today. Now regarding the exchange of center frames, I did not do it, but when I removed mine, I noticed that it was the same as DS 2018 that I removed the screen + multimedia (applecar).
For that, I think it's the same sizes etc.
