  • Spacers and bolts

Hi, I've been thinking about getting a set of spacers for my DS3, something not that extreme, maybe 10 or 15mm in the rear and 5 to 10mm in the front to make the wheels match the arches better and i was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for the spacers and the longer wheel bolts i would need or if there is any better way of doing this

    Hi Fresh,

I fitted my Ds3 with Eibach wheel spacers (10mm) both front and rear, used M12x1.25 bolts 50mm long (regular bolts wont fit the 10mm spacers)

Link: https://www.autodoc.nl/eibach/1931816 (each set contains two wheel spacers)

    Bolts: see picture below

I hope this helps you out

or you can go for bolt on spacers that are spacers that bolt on to the hub, and then the wheel bolts on to the spacer.

Obviously you could get the bolt on hubs to fit whatever wheel you put onto them you like

ie: DS3 hub is pcd 4 x 108 so get the bolt on spacer to fit that dimension, then choose whatever bolt pattern and size you want the spacer to accept (EG 4 x 100 or 5 x 108 and correct centre bore)

      If all that makes sense......

Hi, thanks for the reply, i was wondering if you could tell me how the spacers perform in daily use and if you could show a picture just so i can see how it looks with 10mm on both axles, because i haven't see that setup yet

          Hi Fresh,

I bought the wheel spacers because my both tires at the front were touching the frame on the inside of my wheel arches and the alloys i got are not the original ones, they are from a DS3 Racing 18" (Anthracite). The car feels good on the road not much of a difference, will be posting some pictures tomorrow
