flosdraad helpt ook, maar op het middenstuk breekt die af. Het middenste van de frontbadge is echt moeilijk los te krijgen.

Oh sorry he was saying that I should use boiling water and a fishingwire, it's not as easy as the letters on the back . :P

Did it today, was very easy. Just the sort of rubberish glue was a pain in the arse, but I bought some sticker remover and it came right off.
All in all not even 5 minutes work.

SO THE OLD BUMPER DEFINATELY DOESN'T HAVE A LOCATING PIN!

It's sunny outside so I'm going to make pictures right now :P

Finally plucked up courage and removed the Citroen name from the back - looks so much cleaner.

Really easy - did it with hot water, a piece of cotton and a fingernail!

Hello all, Can i be a pain and just get some clarification on which badges are ok to remove, i have a brand new DS3 which i received yesterday. First job i would like to De-badge the entire car front and back. I have read through this thread and im confused, new, old, front, back??? I think the easiest question is to ask which, if any, badge has a locating Pin? I'm a noob with Citroen's and don't want to make a cock up with a car that's only got 9miles on the clock! many thanks

                        Hey there

You can remove everything EXCEPT the DS3 badge at the back, that one has a locating pin.
Also, the best ways are boiling water/ hair dryer and than get them off with a spatula.

Best thing to use guys is a heat gun. Warm the badge up with the heat gun first, don't hold it over the badge for too long or you will heat damage the paint. The badge will peel off completely with black backing all in one go. Using wire or cotton will just make your job harder.

The back Citroen badge I can understand, but removing the front DS badge makes the bonnet nose too long to my eye. Prefer it as it is and anyway I'm proud to display my Citroen badge at the back!

Besides don't want Citroen to charge for it's replacement if I handback at the end of 3 years.... (yes I've had a customer who did before anyone asks!)

And you can be sure that it would be an expensive replacement
