DPF delete on 2016 blueHDI

Hi folks

newbie here. Got a 2016 1.6 blueHDI and it has a fault pointing to the EOYLS tank failing. So my choices were to fit a new tank and hope that was it or get SP tuning to remove the system when they remap it. Has anyone done this on a newer DS3 ? Any issues ? Also what’s the soot like ? Don’t want a car that sounds like a half dead JCB and spews black smog lol

Having seen videos of DPF delete diesel DS3s, it will sound like a rattly tractor, and gush black smoke every journey
