He wrapped the front deflector and sideskirts and i was wondering how he did it?
I've visited 2 companies who wrap car parts and create logo's for companies and they both said the same: It's not a flat surface and the wrapping won't hold the type of plastic.
Now i would really like to have this done on my car too. The car is already that low but it's just not noticable.

The problem of the front deflector is that it's so flexible that i think paint won't hold, for the sideskirts paint would be ok but the line of the car is all wrong then.

Any thoughts or opinions on that?

My guess it that it has been painted, I did this years ago on my SEAT Ibiza Cupra.

Well, considering that they make paint for cloth, leather, plastic and other flexiple surfaces, i wouldn't say that that's impossible... Google painting rubber.

Think plasti dip would hold just fine.

I know this car from the German forum. It's really wrapped with a similar looking film.

In that case, he had to add some sort of adhesive... I used 3M's primer 94 to wrap my old phone and god, it's almost stuck for life (i could peel the wrap off, but i think i would lose some paint with it).

I visited another wrapping company and they say it might be possible with a special glue (he called it "apollinair glue") but he had to inform if it would be possible, haven't heard from him yet, but i will let you guys know if it's possible. I would like to get it wrapped instead of getting painted.

But please note that films keep well for about seven years, in usual. Films on this surface often keep well for only five years.
