This may be a silly question but i've been wondering it for a while and didn't have much luck on google.
Can you disable the electric assissted power steering or make it heavier?

You can disable it however you'll need either a Lexia or another tool compatible with the DS3 to do it.

The only thing that the steering would become really heavy! Also I'm not sure but I think you could end up going damage to the rack as well but don't quote me on that!

Not at all. I'd just like a bit more feel as id like to use the car for track days

Want a track car? buy a track car. DS3 is not a track car.

With Lexia III you can go for the same settings as with a DS3R
Only need to find out where these settings need to be done!

Any chance you know which setting that is? I am also very interested to get a little more "feel" in the steering.

I have enquired about this with my Citroen garage and this was their reply.

                  "Good Morning Ian

This task cannot be performed as the steering is set from factory and there are no adjustments that can be made within Lexia. One further note if you were able to get this done outside of the Citroen franchise it would jeopardise your warranty.

                  Regards"
