  • 19" alloys?

    Hi,

I'm thinking about getting some new alloys for my DS3, and I'll at least go for 18" alloys, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any joy with 19" alloys...

I guess if you used 225 35 19 tyres then everything would fit in the arches, but I can't find any reasonable looking 4x108 19" alloys except these, which have a 42 offset... I guess you could use spacers to make them fit?

Wonder if any of you have got any experience changing the alloys to a larger size?

Thanks in advance for any response!

Zacks Here To Save The Day

I Tried To Fit 19"x8" On Mine A Few Weeks Back But Even With 35 Profile And Stretched Tyres I Had No Luck On The Fronts (Rears Fitted Fine) So Im Guessing Though That It's Because I'm On 40mm Lowering Springs, If You Got Stock Suspension Then 19's Should Be Fine ! I Settled For 18"x8" In The End.

I Wouldn't Buy Those Fake Split BK Wheels, They're Everywhere And Their Awful. Also They're About £400 On EBay In Our Fitment.

I love you. Nice one, and yea I have stock suspension atm. If I lower, it'll probably only be by ~20mm or so...

Might get a cheapo 19" wheel to trial fit, but I'll take your advice on the wheels as well - I was just excited that they were 19s :P

Got 18's at the moment on stock suspension and 225/35 tyres and have a huge arch gap so 19's shouldnt be a problem. Wish I could lower it, but it would scrape the floor going into my drive.'
