Remapping a 90 hdi and cost involved?

Don't ask it's a long story but my mate now has my THP and we are looking at getting either a 90 or 110 DS3 , we drove a special all white edition yesterday with the sport seats and it was very good and even the gearbox felt ok compared to my 6 speed sport , now if I went for it who does the best recaps and what are the costs involved? I've had diesels remapped in the past but they can get a bit smokey when done (is this the case with the 90 when done) thanks for any help.

Had mine done and no smoke - emissions went from 97gms to about 57gms so less pollution and an extra 30 horses!

Flash Remapping (as advertised above!). They are the only ones I've used so can't compare with others but can say they are very professional.
