performance exhaust on a diesel???

What does everyone think?

Sounds like my exhausts ready for replacing. just wondering what people think about putting a performance exhaust on a ds3 diesel?

Exhausts today have a good life span from new.

If it were me I would change it to a custom one. Or just the bit that needs fixing to the back,
I had mine change and it's made no difference wat so ever to sound or performance, just the looks have improved as bigger tailpipes have been fitted.

So performance/ sound wise it's a waste IMO , looks , go for it.
Plus a custom will give u a life time warranty on it so no need to worry about it going again.

I have always believed that the life of exhausts is more based on time than mileage as the damage finally done is due to slow rotting. Is this correct?

Either way it should last longer than 63000 miles 2 years. My BMW exhaust was still good at 350,000 miles.

ok so its not the exhaust. had it looked at.....it looks brand new. Been told its the wheel bearings......gonna take it into citroen soon. hopefully get it done under the warranty as I've only had it 2 months and only done a couple of thousand miles in it myself.

If they dont do it....i'll go mental!

I only changed the rear on mine as nothing else left as you know. ??

My exhaust (15k km) is allready rusted...
hence why i'm going for a custom one. Fully inox and better flow (and sound offcourse)
