  • Rear seat removal

Was wondering if anyone on here has removed the rear seat in their car?
I often have to carry large amounts of stuff around and there just isn't enough room in the car.
The extra room from taking the rear seats out should solve this problem however i have a few questions about it?

    -Does this void warranty?
-Are there any sensors that will light up?
-Are there anymore bolts then just the main visible ones?
-Are there any laws/Mot/insurance against it?

I know im going to loose some soundproofing and a private boot, (have resorted to using the wheel well) but this should help make my car the van i should have bought lol.

Ben had my backseat out for 2 weeks while the stitching was being repaired under warranty. The dealer had no problems with me driving around like that. No lights or other strangeness. The fuel pump is really load without the seat bottom.

I'm no expert but if you remove it yourself it may impact on the warranty. I would give citroen a quick call.
