Good replacement Interior/No. plate LEDs?

Sorry to put up another post about LEDs but wanted to know if anyone has found some good LEDs, which dont have errors or break because there poor quality. Been trawling through eBay and just found so many sellers with negative feedback. Appreciate anyones help in advance.
I'm replacing interior and number plate bulbs.

I got something similar to these and they dont do any of the flashing like some of the others do. Though some will argue that the flashing ones are better!

post pics of the interior ones. Its a shame they always ship cars with those dull orange ones. Suppose it matches the stereo screen. Be up for changing the footwell lights.
