Hidho all,
If you know me you'll know I'm kind of fussy little t^&t when it comes to doing anything to my car because I have 2 main concerns:
1) I don't want to change the look of the car too much- keeping it simple has always been my motto
2) I don't want to do anything that can't be rectified really quickly in case the car goes in for a service
Having weighed up a few pros and cons here's what's happening with my DS3:
1) Foam Panel Filter- I have the pipercross installed (£35 or thereabouts) which comes with a handy sticker for your airbox saying that it's a lifetime filter and does not void any vehicle warranty. Takes around 15 mins to fit, very painless and I felt an immediate difference in the engine.
2) Brodit mounts- Opted for them because they clip into place and then clip back out relatively easily but they remain about the steadiest mounts you can get. One for the driver side door strut for my phone, the other centre console mounted for my 10.1" tablet. They are a little pricey but I thought more than worth it for the quality of them
Waiting on them to arrive but should end up looking like a Eurofighter cockpit when torque pro is running on the tablet
3) A simple 1 to 3 car power splitter. This also comes with a USB charger connection- fitted under the driver seat to avoid any cable clutter (£5.99 off Amazon). This is an absolute must have if you use more than 1 in car gadgets.

4) Minor aesthetics- tax disc holder to match the carbon weave dash of the DSports, DS dust caps with the DS insignia on the top, usb stick in chrome and black leather to match the handbrake
5) (slightly bigger mod) Custom Remap- Booked in for Tuesday but depends on how quick the dealer can get a low level oil light to go off on my dash. This will increase HP 40+ (they don't know exact figures yet til it's on the Rolling Road but I'm expecting 190-200) and very impressively raise it's torque by 75nM taking it up to 325nM- very handy for pulling through corners
Will post the graph and a grin on my face when it's done
6) Going to change some stuff around on the boot badges so the Citroen becomes nerd (thankyou mixin) and also add a small 2 to 3 of the ds3 making it ds3 squared.
