One directed me to ebay where theres 3 spigot sizes that fit DS3 (Not sure the spigot fits the car hub, or the Bellone)
So now emailed TSW as cant be assed (In this weather) to take the wheel off and measure up
Anyones else know the size spigot to fit a TSW Taruma 17inch on a DS3?
Or I'm getting wet lying on tarmac:mad:
CBLUE
Update- got en email from TSW my Taruma alloys for the DS3 are 72mm - more importantly for members if you ever need to know, the Hub Bore of the DS3 is 63.1mm. Bet you always wanted to know that (You will if you get after market alloys)
If anyone fances a change to their aftermarket alloys on the DS3 then let me know- we could always have a swap!Last edited by Chris_Blue; 21-11-2012, 15:50.sigpicJog on Noddy

Did it make 15hp on the peak power or was it midrange? I noticed a big increase in mid range torque with the full decat.

After an eventful few days here we are pleased to announce our Sports Catalyst prototype has produced excellent results in conjunction with the Bastuck sports exhaust system on the DS3 Racing.
With the Bastuck system and standard catalyst, we saw around 11bhp gain at peak and good improvements all across the rpm range, but most noticable were good torque improvements of up to 20lb/ft, with best at around 4250rpm. This alone is worth changing the exhaust system for.
Moving forwards, we swapped the standard catalyst for our new sports cat prototype (see picture). This gave a startling improvement in torque spread over a wider range to give excellent drivability. With overall gains of up to 15bhp and 5lb/ft to 25lb/ft between 2750 and 6000rpm. The earlier delivery of the torque was the major improvement here. As ds3r will tell I'm sure, the combination of exhaust plus catalyst brought the car alive without upsetting the balance and smoothness - especially on corner exit. We obviously want to avoid any surprises in the power on these small lightweight cars!
These results are on a DS3 Racing, but all components are cross-compatible with other 1.6 THP engined DS3's.
The Hangar 111 "Signature" Sports Catalyst will be available very soon and will be a direct replacement for the 1.6 THP's OEM catalyst, leaving all heat-shields and original stress-relieving brackets intact. Pricing will be around £475 inc vat for catalyst, fixing bolts and gasket. If purchased with a Bastuck exhaust we will offer a discount on installation here at our workshops. A group discount offer will be announced to open proceedings if DS3 Club members would like to drop me a line.
We will add the Cat to our online store very soon, but in the mean time, the link to the DS3 parts area on our website (which is being built up at present) is here:

Some video of the Bastuck system we fitted to ds3r's car can be found here:

Yes torque gains are massive, ours increased 30ftlb at mid range, also it made car the run less boost than before.

Great stuff Hangar- you supply and fit the Cat?
Already got the Bastuck exhaust fitted
Spose I'll have to be a bit more patient, waiting for the commisioning/bedding in time
Assume it passes emissions test
PM me would be best

When I hear and see these figures, I really want the Milltek Downpipe and sportcat very soon!
Also will buy directly the Bastuck exhaust, but think I'll go for the one with centre silencer.
Don't want it to be too loud, and think the sound will be great together with the changed downpipe!
@ Chris,
yes the standard cat exist out of 2 parts. The upper part is an 600cell cat and the lower section is an 400cell one.
Also I think (don't found the information yet) that the standard cat is an ceramic one.
The replacement Cat's are Metalic Cats (so also better flow and durability)DS3 THP Sport Chic Blanc Banquise / Noir Onyx - Forge Pipe Kit - Forge Induction Kit - Forge Recirculating Valve - Custom Intercooler - H&R 25mm
