Ds3 1.6 hdi 90 ! Hybrid turbo upgrade! What do I look for ?

Right I have a ds3 1.6 hdi 90 and planning to start upgrading the engine in September been looking and researching hybrid turbos but where do I start what ones are recommended and what do I stay away from ?
Would love some opinions...
