Dip beam bulbs

Who can recommend some good white dip beam blubs which looks good against led side light bulbs, looking for a really bright white colour?

Halfods off road blue lights but are bright white when on look smart as fook think there £13.99 each but not if you have a trade card like me

Probably being dim here but are off road lights road legal ? Years ago my mate fitted illegal lights that were v v bright, the police could see him coming from a long way off

There nothing like hid lights so can't see why you would get stopped for them but are a lot brighter and whiter than standard bulbs I have led side light in aswell they look smart
