  • Recomended Hid kit?

At the moment i have the osram nightbreaker plus, i cant fault the bulbs at all but its just not the look im after, i want some good xenon hids but not the cheap ones that fill the headlights up with loads of glare, hard to explain but i hope somebody understands what im trying to say lol.
    Anybody recomend a decent kit?

Try doing a search for hids, should find something.

I hate it when people post to say ""...use the search ..." ...LOL
If you can be bothered to answer, then you can be bothered to help more..IMO
Look at my 'Ask' thread mate:

I have ditched the idea now and used some Philips Diamondvision bulbs I had from a previous car...Lower light output but a closer match for my LED sidelights

In my case I'll tell people to use the search function for queries that are asked frequently.

To flip your response on it's head, if you have time to create a new post - you have time to search for similar threads too

Nothing wrong with linking to Google searches, more often than not on forums it's what the person replying has to do to provide the information, so why not ?

Generally (not in this case ) a lot of questions are asked that can easily be answered by using Google, I use Google a lot and then only post up questions to things I can't find the answer for, makes me feel good for not being lazy

Ive actually used the search and google, lots of people comment on how illegal they are, if that botherd us we wouldnt still be asking about a decent kit? Thats to robbo tho for recomending a differant bulb. I also wanted the lights to match the drls in colour temp thats why i was tempted for hids. Also want my drls programed to stay on with just sidelights but im sure somebody will pipe up with how there illegal too :L

One day we will be able to search Google by the power of thought alone!
Many people will then think they know everything whereas in reality they will know f*ck all!

There's a big difference between knowledge and information (especially if you can't rely on the information).

                Rant over.

There are no decent kits; you're still gonna end up blinding whoever's driving in front of you.

I've got Philips Xtreme Power bulbs in mine which are a bit whiter than the standard ones but they don't seem as good as when I had them in my old C2. I'd recommend Philips Blue Vision sidelights though. The bulbs are blue but the light they give off is nice and white.

Not bothering anymoore, keeping my nightbreaker plus bulbs, and got the blue philips sidelights in. I am really intereted in getting my drl lights put on constant when the sidelights are on but to go off with the main lights on.
